Terence Baker started with the UNC System Office in July of 2017 as a Banner Technical Support Analyst. Prior to coming to the System, he spent 7 yrs as a Systems Engineer contracted with the US Coast Guard. Terence also work for ECSU where he come into contact with Banner for the first time. Terence also worked for Albemarle Mental Health Center where he served as the Assistanct CIO/Programmer. His educational background includes a B.S. Degree in Computer and Information Science from Elizabeth City State University and a Master’s Degree in Education with a focus in "Technology In Education" from Strayer University.
