With 10 years of Higher Education management experience, Kyle currently serves as a Business Systems Analyst for UNCG, acting as a product, process, and project manager for Business Affairs. Kyle joined the University in 2018 and in the short period of time since then he deployed a student self-service document upload tool for financial aid, implemented Blackbaud Award Management for scholarships and donor relations, and completed the Student AR Service Improvements project, which initiated the implementation for Banner Communications Management.

Prior to coming to UNCG, Kyle served as the Financial Services Manager for University of Phoenix’s doctoral college. While at UoP, Kyle was highly involved on several project initiatives aimed at improving student experience, service, and operational efficiency. Kyle as was also voted in as Vice-Lead to be the founding member of the University’s first Employee Resource “affinity” Group. Prior to University of Phoenix, Kyle worked in various banking center roles within sales, service, and operations at Bank of America.

Kyle has earned his Doctorate in Business Administration from University of Phoenix in 2017 with a focus on airline industry research, an MBA in 2011, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University in 2007. Kyle also holds a private pilot license with instrument rating and working towards his commercial certificate this year.
