Automating Third Party Student Billing

This session will provide a brisk review of third-party configuration and baseline processing, and show how UNC Charlotte billed 7 sponsors for 450 students and $3.4M of charges for the Spring 2019 term. Custom reporting and Microsoft Office were used to generate the billing statements required by the sponsors. Both baseline controls and custom report calculations were used to include financial aid and the cost of attendance as specified by the sponsors.
