Virginia Tech has worked collaboratively across the university to implement Banner General’s self service module for collecting personal pronouns and gender identification. This session will highlight not only the technical work that was done but will also include the functional work including partnering with key campus constituents, addressing the needs of the community, and navigating the overall campus culture.
